The Requirement
Despite having an automated system in place, our client was expending a significant amount of effort each month preparing their regulatory reports.
The client needed to reduce the monthly overhead and, in doing so, improve the consistency, accuracy and timeliness of its reports.
The Solution
Working with the provider of the existing system Cybercom:
- identified where further improvements to the processes could be made
- put together an action plan to substantially reduce the manual involvement in the reporting processes
- provided the management framework and development resources to implement the required changes
