Focus on technology trends in growth phases
Cybercom’s services are delivered in a phase in which technology stands at the threshold of commercial breakthrough and growth. Often the technology must break new ground and that requires customised development for preparing unique, specialised solutions for customers. At the same time, quality, delivery capability, and delivery security become commercial requirements. Consultants must quickly understand customers’ business operations and the technologies that enable development of services. Close, flexible, and dynamic customer-supplier co-operation characterises this phase.
During the next phase – the mature phase – technology and solutions become more standardised. The projects are larger and more extensive. Demand for suppliers’ technical excellence is lower, while size and varied capabilities become key factors.
