Award
Cybercom (formerly auSystems) and its customer Telenor won the silver award at the industry recognized Global Excellence in Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Awards for innovation and excellence in business process management (BPM).

Cybercom has successfully helped Telenor in Norway to implement a new business process management (BPM) system called Spider. The solution has enabled Telenor to handle highly increased volume of orders (+400%) with 30% fewer employee resources. Spider has also led to cost-savings through shared contractor agreements.
