The Requirement
A business transformation project migrating a key database and associated products to new technology to allow for closure of a number of development centres.
This project required creation of a project management structure to control 20+ sub-projects and 200+ resources across several locations involving multiple stakeholders.

The Solution
Working closely with the client team, Cybercom set up communications, planned, implemented and managed the project to complete the database migration.
As with any project this involved combining unique activities with existing process and procedures.
