Goals
Operational goals
Cybercom has established the following long-term operational goals:
- Be a well-known brand among customers, employees, and in the labour market
- 100 per cent customer satisfaction
- Expand in the Nordic region and going forward, also in Continental Europe and in Asia
- Broaden the customer base, no individual customer shall represent more than 15 per cent of Group sales
- Going forward, offshore and nearshore services shall comprise a larger part of sales
- Annual staff turnover shall not exceed 10 per cent
- Proportion of billing staff shall be at least 90 per cent
Financial goals
Cybercom has established the following financial goals:
- A long-term 13 per cent operating margin (EBIT)
- An average 15 per cent organic growth over a business cycle
